How to transfer game saves data to another phone

I need help to transfer the game saves data from my old device to my new 1

I save the game data on the pokemom black 2 saves but idk how to transfer it to another device
Can someone help me ?pls....
Its so boring with out drastic

Look for the DraStic folder (on your main internal storage) on both your old device and new one.

Look for the backup folder (these are your ingame saves)
Look for the savestate folder (these are your savestates)

Copy from one to the other. (Many many many many different ways to do that.)
