So the file is small enough to send via email. Posting email on a board isn't the smartest thing lol. I guess pm your email? Or if you want a bit more security you could create a temporary craiglist posting and it will generate a middle man email address that will forward you the email do I don't have it if don't want me to lol

So... this isn't a savestate, it's a battery save. I changed the extension to .dsv and opened it, it's a male char named BETTY just outside your house, at the very beginning.

Dunno what you did, but it wasn't the right thing.

Nothing I tried work. I looked up for some info and it looks like it's a common problem for those who use savestates only. No idea of what could have triggered this, but unless someone know I have bad news for you.

"Never rely on savestates" is a golden rule on emulation. To learn it like this sucks, but oh well. Best of luck.

I'd use both usually but there were times were I wouldn't use the in game or battery save and I think somewhere along the line it got screwed up. Anyway I figured it may come down to that.

I am glad someone with more Pokemon experience was able to help. I never played the silver or gold versions so was not sure exactly what you needed.
