Pokémon black 2 corrupt save

Have the corrupt save issues been fixed? I had this Game before and got to the movie battle part, and my game would work anymore. After many hours of trying to get it back I couldn't. I just realized downloaded it now and before I get to far wanted to know if the same issue has been fixed. I know it occurs when you make a save state then save the in-game then load and save again, but if I use use all in game saves, will I be alright?

We made it so save states included in-game saves by default, which should prevent the desyncs that caused problems. But it's still best to not rely on savestates. I would recommend using in-game saves primarily and periodically making save states as a backup.

Okay that makes sense. How should I go about making the save state periodically? I'm on Samsung Galaxy note 3 if that makes a difference. And when I go to load the game just go through the games menu to load it? Please be detailed. I've read the other threads and the whole savestate and in game saves are kind of confusing. Thanks for your help though!

Okay so I had been using in game saves all the way up to the first gym. After beating it i used a save state to back it up. But all the in-game saves after that didn't work and it just kept reverting me back to my game state, even after pushing L+R+Start+Select and going through the in-game loader. I think I'll just stick with in game saves for now on.
