Problems on Pokemon Platinum and White 2

I just created an account just to solve my problem.
My Pokemon Platinum always freezes when I want to deposit my Pokemon into the PC. Another problem is my Pokemon White 2 always crashes when loading and returned back to main menu. I can't even play that game! I use the r2.2.1.2a version and I didn't use cheats at all. Links to ROMs or requests for ROMs are not allowed.
