Hello I'm new here on this forun. How can I convert a mario kart ds all characters unlocked save file which is a sav file to a dss file? In other words how can I convert sav to dss? I really want an all characters unlocked save file to play as waluigi really

You can't convert it to a dss file, but you may be able to convert it to a dsv file, which will give you the unlocks through in-game saves.

How to convert the file (and if it needs converting in the first place, as opposed to just renaming) depends on where it came from. There are different possible formats that a file named .sav could have. If it's from DeSmuME you should be able to just rename it, I think.

You know Drastic comes included with cheats right?

Ok where can I find a mario kart ds all characters unlocked dss save file? If there is no mario kart ds all characters unlocked dss save file then is there a dsv file I can download?

Good luck if anyone has a save file for you...or just play and unlock em urself bro. that's the whole point of playing the game asking for a save is kinda lazy...but up to you dude. If I had the save I'd give it to you to save you trouble but I recently purchased Drastic and mostly play kingdom hearts recoded...rarely I play mario kart ds only for quick arcade session on my way to work.

Unless you know a program which can edit .dss saves then google it.
