My cheats for Pokemon Blaze Black don't work

Help !! My urscheat.dat don't work. I followed all the steps about it but it doesn't show up ? And I need to play this hack rom with cheats. So what should I do ??

Steps? Are you talking about this?

If your doing this, I assume your using a cracked build. This will only work to add cheats for games that are programmed into the cheat data by default.
If you did purchase the app and have the lastest version, load your game, press the menu button, press the lowest option, then press add custom cheats. The rest is obvious.
