(BUG) "Disable the options to work...?" Help !

Hi guys, drastic was normal here on my moto x2 and when i download The Sims 3 and tried to run it, the bug started on all drastic 
... In all games i need to disable the sound to work it, disable the controls to show it, disable the pen to work the touch... It's all inverse .-. And only in The Sims 3 i needed to disable the sound to show the images on both screens, but the sound stops either. It's a huge bug... 
And i already try to unistall, delete all folders and install again, but i get nothing, still with the same bug... (ignore the bad english plz haha )
