i hope there will be an option where we can move the buttons of this emu so that it will not overlap the screen.

There should be a thanks/achievement feature on this forum for helpful people like this guy lolLordus wrote:You can already move them.
Hold the screen layout button for the layout you want to edit them for. An editor will pop up, where you can reposition and resize the screens.
If you press Menu->Edit controller layout, you can also re-arrange the buttons and D-pad.
Resizing the buttons will also be possible after one of the next updates.
