I would like to buy DraStic emulator but I have tried to buy it from googal play but it does not recognize my JXD S7800B so I can't down load it, is there a place where I can buy an DraStic.APK COPY

As of right now, only g play is the way to go. You might want to see if there's custom rom for your device that makes some apps and gplay visible.

I had one of those chinese game tablets, and the manufacturer had a site showing how to sideload google play. And if you are hacking prone, you can spoof a similarly powered tablet in order to google play allow you to download apps that are made for your tablet.
