My pokemon platinum has a problem

okay, here is the thing... can you describe whats wrong? just saying theres a problem and placing a pic doesnt help us at all esp since we are not pokefans. you dont expect us to know each and every game issues right? descrie the prob and tell us what should we be seeing at least.
