Drastic Pokemon Heartgold screen size problem

Hi everyone. App is great and all but i have a problem with it while playing heartgold. Sometimes for no reason that i know of game screen shrinks and cover 1/4 of the main screen as seen in the pic. Any way of fixing it? Thanks. [img
