Hi for platinum is there any cheat that i can obtain all pokemon???

none as far as i know. only modified roms has that (like pokemon volt white and blaze black)

Do you mean to obtain all pokemon records or actually all pokemon? Because its possible to do both although the second one would take ages.
Theres a Fill pokedex code and also theres the wild encounters modifier that changes the encounter to any pokemon you need.
