Ok it seems to be working now. It didn't when I would close the app or force stop but it just randomly decided to work. Why isn't there the option to go to the system menu and load an in game save from there? Why have I got to use the savestates?

Basically, you need to play it as if you were on a real Nintendo DS. Use the load new game option, select rok and then the start game option. Now I've got it... Just why should someone call it Load NEW Game? I've never touched it because i was afraid to loose my saves... Thank you guys, you saved my life.
