Problem When starting pokemon

Hello
When I start pokemon, the game begin well but after 1 minute the crash. I can't even begin to write my name or choose my sex.
What should I do ?

Are you using version 2.1.6.2a purchase from the Play store? Make sure by checking that the menu says 2.1.6.2a.

Yes 2.1.6.2.a version. The other games work good. I only have problems With pokemon.

make sure that it is coz this issue was fixed on the newer version. you can see the version on the main menu. lower right.

Yes. That happens to me as well. With Mario and Luigi games too. After loading, exiting, re-continuing the app and then Loading again to run it normally. It's a process....
