Drastic Won't Recognize Games

Okay, hi, so I've had Drastic (paid for, btw) for what's been close to a year... possibly longer, I don't keep track. I've played it fine with no issues other than occasional crashes when I try to make the phone multi-task whilst playing, to which I don't blame the app. Um, but earlier today, when I opened the app, it flashed a notification of some sort that I didn't have time enough to read completely which said something about the directory changing, or... close to that. Now, when I go into the app and click load new game, it won't show any in the list to load. Even when I'm right where I know they're at. The game files are fine - if I go check storage, they're right where I left them - but I don't know what happened to Drastic. I don't think I did anything different than normal...

Despite my name, I can't just go back in time to before this happened, unfortunately!

Any ideas as to what could of happened/a possible fix?

Not sure what to think about your claim of more than a year... anywqys, what's the version your using? And where exaxtly did you place your files? If you somehow accidentqlly mqde another profile then that mqybe the reason why you can't find tour saves.

I dunno, it wasn't really claim so much as it was an absent-minded person's attempt at making an accurate guess. I'm assuming I failed. It sure feels like I've had it that long, either way. Lol.

I'm updating as we speak. That had slipped my mind. Really, this kind of stuff isn't my forte, but the version I have now says: r2.2.1.1a, so...
Also, I haven't moved the files or done anything with 'profiles', so I dunno about any of that. The games are on my SD card, but I have a feeling that's wrong, now, lol.

Also, It's not the saves I'm having trouble finding? It's the games themselves.

So drastic can't see your games even when they are on the location you are pointing the app at (thesd card)? Maybe you need to reinstall the app (back up your saves first).

Okay, that worked, but though I preserved the saves, they're not working. Haha. I just got done replaying those games, too. ; ;
Ah well. I guess I can do it for a third time.

It might have seemed like a common sense course of action, but I can be lacking in that department, so... yeah. THanks for your help. =P

Make sure the saves are in /sdcard/DraStic/backup and savestates in /sdcard/DraStic/savestates. It sounds like you were using a really old version that still had the saves/savestates in the app local directory (meaning that it got deleted when you uninstalled)

Nah, they were in the backup.
They're there 'n all, but the games still only give me the option to start new files, as if there were no saves at all.

No problem, though. It's working again at least, so I can deal with it.
