My screen is flickering

I tried like 10 games, and all are doing same thing. Sometimes whole screen flickers.
Multi-threaded 3D rendering is off
Im using Htc desire 2.3.7 Cyanogen mod 7, overclocked to 1113
Is there problem with my device, or is it Cyanogen mod?
