Actually it looks like he's just selling nds4droid (which he spells DeEMu instead of DeSmuME, lolol) while using a screenshot from DraStic to trick people into thinking he's selling that. The false screenshot is probably against the store's rules too but not really worth bothering with. Bad reviews should kill his sales pretty quickly.
