Can someone tell me where save files are stored on newer versions of Android?

And, no, it's not in "internal storage/DraStic/backups".

I'm not the only person with this problem: viewtopic.php?t=15830

I need to copy a save to a different device, and as far as I can tell, it's not anywhere. The "DraStic" folder exists, but "backups" doesn't. Deleting the entire folder doesn't affect the saves. They're stored somewhere else.
