Troubleshooting crashes/sudden closes and other problems

Hey hey, so I purchased awhile back. I can install just fine, but Drastic can't navigate to any of my files - even though it has all the permissions it needs.
I'm on a Galaxy S20+. Any help would be awesome.

Crashes on Final fantasy tactics advance 2 when Klesta using devour ability. Or crashes on any signature enemy abilities that having complex animation.

I'm running on Redmi Note 5 Pro with MIUI 11. Any suggestions or workaround?

Or maybe it can be fixed on the newer update? I hope it can be resolved soon. Thanks!

me also having the same problem. I bought a higher spec phone then re install drastic, then upon checking I cant find my ROMS and directories even though all permissions granted and rom games are not corrupted. my current phone is in android 11

Yes. You can thank Google and their scoped storage BS for that. All you can do is wait for a future update.

I've got the exact same problem, on a Samsung z fold 2. Specifically with Klesta using Devour, in any of the fights against it. Crashes to menu at the end of the animation every time. I've sporadically had other crashes to menu in the game, but they were one offs fixed by resetting. The devour crash is consistent though. Sending in a save file with Klesta about to devour consistently.

So I have found a pseudo fix for Final Fantasy Advance Tactics 2 crashes caused by moves like ...
• Sidewinder
• Thunder (on 3 or more targets)
• Sleep (on 3 or more targets)
* I have yet to try it other moves known to cause crashes but assume this may fix those interactions as well.

Very simple fix actually surprises me I didn't see anywhere on threads here or reddit. (Hoping this is a universal fix playing on Galaxy Fold 4)

Just engage fast forward before the start of the attack (the one causing game to crash.)

In the update "February 8, 2023" "r2.6.04a" on Android TV my emulator does not save dsv files and it damages my saves, it also crashes in the "options" menu within any game
