Pokémon Ranger Top Screen looks off

Is Multi-Threaded 3D enabled or disabled? It causes graphical issues in some games (both 2D and 3D).

It's disabled

Also when I leave an area the top screen changes but it still doesn't look the way it should regardless of how many times I leave an area.
