App randomly goes back to the home screen while playing

So I've had this app for a years or years and it's the firat time experiencing this issue. Specifically while playing final fantasy tactics A2 the app will radomly take me back to the home screen, how can I fix this issue and also yes my app was paid for.

Would be a good idea to tell them where the crash dump is located.
Its the .txt or .log file inside the "Drastic" folder with the name crash dump.

There's unfortunately no dump file, I checked the drastic folder but there wasn't anything. But there was also that thread with people experiencing the same or a similar issue, supposedly there's a fix dropping soon for that issue, any idea when?

That was likely an unrelated crash fix was for Oppo, Realme and Chromebook devices and was published ages ago.

What phone and android version do you have? Does it only happen in that game and not others?

Well I play on a P8 that runs on Android 6.0. So far it hasn't happened on any other game other than final fantasy tactics

So it's been a couple of months, I've veen trying a couple of the things that have been posted on similar issues, however nothing has solved this issue.

It's kind of frustration not being able to paly and enjoy the game.

We have a fix for this issue, but it may be a while before we are able to release an update.

Thanks xperia64. Is that the one that's in beta? Is there by any chance an expected timeline?

So it's been more than 2 weeks, the fix hasn't been released yet. Hopefully this doesn't read as me trying to be an ass, I'm just trying to find out if it is anywhere close to being pushed out or if it's still going to be quite some time?
