Can't find Speed Up

So I recently bought and Dow load DraStic from play store but I can't find the speed up button. On the play store app it said there was an option where I can speed the game up using the emulaotr. I cannot find the settings. However there is a setting where I can hide and show the fast forward indicator. But I cannot find it.

Can someone help me find this fast forward indicator? Thanks

When you are playing, press the button with an arrow pointing up and a menu should appear.
Press the button on the center and voilá! The game should be on fast-forward now.
