Having a problem with a code for The Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks

I'm not sure if this goes here but, I can't seem to get either of the moonjump codes to work I'm not sure if it works differently than the ones for Phantom Hourglass I'm just not getting any results am I doing something wrong?

Try rebooting the game with the code enabled. See if that works.
Also, it sounds as if you're using Phantom Hourglass cheat codes. You're not, are you? Because it won't work.

No I'm just using Phantom Hourglass as a comparison I'm at the point where you have to copy the exact movement and I'm not that good at making a path on the touchscreen so I need a way to get past the door.
