I was reading old posts an came across this.

Theory has it that Digimon are actually deformed monsters in Pokemon.

Take agumin the orange thingamajig he maybe a deformed charmander in Pokemon.

To be honest I wouldn't know anything about that because I dont give a s*it about Digimon. Sorry I just don't.
Who is Aguamin? I assume based on the name some random blob of water or something, maybe a water type

And since Pokemon can be stored on PC they're technically data aka digitized, and all Digimon monsters are digitized as they are data.

And since Pokemon can be stored inside a poke ball...what is inside that pokeball?

I don't think they've ever explained the science behind Poke Balls in the games or anime, but I have seen a theory that each Poke Ball contains a pocket dimension, and the Pokemon is sent in and out of that. At least a pocket dimension would provide plenty of space for any size Pokemon.
Man all these crazy size changes... to think you could have a Poke Ball holding a Wailord (the largest Pokemon) that could retract into a small ball the size of a quarter. =-O

Pokemon and Digimon both have Mon at the end for monster. Pokemon = Pocket monsters, Digimon= digital monsters as you already know.

It might just be a coincidence, but I'm pretty sure Pokemon came first, and Digimon kinda 'borrowed' it from them, if you know what I mean.

It's fine...you kinda had me pressurized but I managed somehow ONLY THIS ONCE XD.

1. It was supposed to be Agumon the orange dinosaur or thingamajig or whatever it is lols, good point you made Digimon does get repetitive and boring fast and you get this build up of chores, chores, chores instead of playing the game XD, you don't get the fun factor like Pokemon does with all of its games, Digimon is outdated and wasn't successful like Pokemon was so...maybe I need to move onto Pokemon HAHA...don't worry I'm not butthurt , it's just the fact that it's plain obvious but I failed too see it in plain sight for a long time....cuz ya know ignorant pirate asian (me) XD.

2. In Digimon, they've got Digi-vices but the digimon are always outside defeating the purpose of the Digi-vice...in the game I play the Digi-vice gives emails WTF XD?, then in Pokemon you got a big variety of ways to store Pokemon making it fascinating.

3. Pokemon sure showed me good on how they stuff a giant Wailord water type pokemon into a tiny Pokeball stored in Ash's pocket.

4. You're right Pokemon came out earlier then Digimon, Digimon was kinda copied from Pokemon and made boring lols...didn't end well for Digimon.

5. Maybe Jay ignored it XD?
