Pokemon Games crash after a time

I same problem after completing elite four in black 1 game started from home and then it come to main page within 30 sec.

I am using Micromax canvas 2 plus with almost 600 mb free ram still I am facing this problem and u have heard that there are some bios which can help me but I can't find it so please help

its not the bios that is having problems. as lordus pointed out, it may be cause of a shortage of internal memory (sd card) that may be causing the crash. this may manifest if for example, you have a rom that is zipped and you have a few mb of storage space remaining. if the emulator cannot unzip it it would cause the crash.
