Pokemon White - Use Cheats

Hey all,

I have a little problem with an cheat i want to use. I can use the "Wild Pokemon Modifier" (Easy, hold select bevor enter the grass),
but with the "Start Modifier - Generation 5" i have little problems. There stands "Hold Select + L until Receive Starter"... what does it mean?
I try to use leo.org but i cant find a good translation. I try to hold Select + L during the Boot, during join the grass, etc but i dont find the pokemon
i will cetch. And also mysterius, after enabling "Catch any pokemeon" to get the Masterballs (disable the cheat after), i found (by joining the grass with holding select),
only an "Genesect" lvl 100. I dont want catch Pokemons lvl100, i only want get the Masterballs and fetch an special Pokemon lvl 6. or 7.

look bro starter modifier means when u get to choose one out of three pokemons press select +L after recieving the pokemon then boom suddenly u fet ur selected pokemon from cheats menu
