Pokemon ranger signs of ligth crash problem

When i am playing the game crash after change of place.
Could you help me with this problem please

Are you using 2.1.6.1a? Can you provide a savestate before the crash?

not because when the game crash after that the drastic restart and put me to choose

Continue
load new game
change options
exit Drastic

yes is 2.1.6.2a
