Unable to download from Google Play

Hi, I originally purchased Drastic on my phone so I can use it there.
I now however have a GPD XD Plus that I am attempting to download the app on.
I am signed in with the same Google Play account, but I am prompted to buy the app again.
I select ok, because the app is that good, I don't mind paying twice, but then Google Play says that I already own the app.
Is this something that I need to go to Google for, or is there a link that you can provide that will allow me to download the app?
