DrasTic no work Android 10

Hello,
I installed Android 10 this morning and there Drastic does not work.I have an error message

"DrasTic could not write to /storage/emulated/0/DrasTic.

i don't have sd card
I have a lot of free space (+ 100Go)
i didn't move anything just did the android 10 update this morning

I reset my phone without success

Help me

You may need to uninstall/reinstall the app (resetting your phone shouldn't be necessary).

Basically Google broke normal file access hard with Android 10 (and worse in the upcoming 11), and we have not yet rewritten large parts of the app needed to make it fully compatible.
