Are you connected to the internet when first running the app? That should normally be the case after installing it from the Play store but for some reason might not be.

I didn't have WiFi turned on the first time I launched the app (not knowing it was necessary). But I did have it turned on every time afterwards.

Does it help if you uninstall/reinstall with an internet connection?

try to double check if you set up to allow you gplay allows for background data. if its off turn it on. see if it helps

I've bought this app on 2 different google accounts now. Both give me the validication error, which is why I will be refunding my latest purchase. This was a waste of $10 for both purchases, would not recomment this app to any of my friends until the developers update it. Thank you

Have you tried the suggestion from Jay Haru above?

Ive done all, i even factory reset my device. Still nothing.

Hi,

I bought the apps for almost 48hrs but there is still licenses issues. I also did all the instructions but still error: 291. Patulong po :(
