Cheats on Pokemon storm silver

Hello, I have a probleme with cheat for the game : Pokemon Storm silver....
With R4CCE I added the game and cheats but there is no cheats on cheats list....
Where have I make an error ?
Someone can help me or send me his usercheat.dat please ?
