Drastic doesn't load ROMs, white screen, bought twice

Hello, I bought your app on Google play and tried to load Pokémon heart gold (same rom I use on pc) and it doesn't load it just shows a white screen, I tried several times with different settings like ignore game card and auto fill, also decompressed the rom. Finally I tried to reinstall the app, when it uninstalled it refunded the app on Google play without me asking, so I had to buy it again.
My version is R2.5.1.2a build 98
I can upload the receipt of both purchasea and refund if needed

I just want the game working, my phone is a Xiaomi redmi 6

Try with a different rom or game, the rom you are using may be bad or got copied in the phone incorrectly.
