Hi, I keep getting a message about "License could not be verified" after trying to put the app on a new phone. But I've paid for the app and everything. I have proof of purchase.

Have you tried logging into the account you used to purchased the app in your new phone?

Yes I'm currently using that account in the Google playstore

I've updated my playstore services. It's still not working. I'm using a Meizu 16th.

This error is always gets given with an error code. What is it?

Assuming I'm reading this correctly, 291 means Google Play Services cannot talk to the licensing server, there's some general server failure, or it thinks your device is over quota.
