Try sideloading (installing from an app) Exo's version of the update.

If possible could one of the people with problems w/Pie please sideload and let me know if it works? If it's good I'm going to push it as a full release ASAP.

You did not update the app or the Play Store is giving the wrong version.
Latest version is 2.5.1.1
