Transferring Pokémon from Gen 4 to Gen 5 *Legitimately*

I want to transfer pokemon from platinum (and also any other gen 4 game I play in the future) to my White2 or atleast white. But, I do notwant to use pokegen, poketransfer or any other software which edit the rom. Is this possible in drastic, or any other emulator like Desmume, or like a combination of both? Can anyone help me?

First, no, with DraStic or common builds of Desmume it is not possible. Maybe if you use a custom Desmume bulid that has Wifi support you might be able to make it work.

What is a custom build? How do I get it? Sorry, I'm new to this.
Also, the double post was a mistake. After posting the first one, since I couldn't see it in the topics section, I posted again. I realized that it had to be approved, but couldn't do anything then.

Just search for a Desmume build with Wifi support and you are good to go... I think.

As far as I know, this is not possible even with WiFi since Nintendo stopped his online services for DS and Wii.
To transfer Pokemon from gen 4 to 5, you have to have the ability to run two emulators and link them locally (not WiFi), and finally you also have to be albe to go in download play in the one which have the 4G game (I don't know if Desmume can make that, I think MelonDS does support local multiplayer).

Local connection can be easely get done with MelonDS on a PC
