Move save file from pc to phone

Hello.
Ive been scratching my head on how i could move Pokemon Soulsilver save file from my pc to my phone.
Im using Desmume on my pc and i want to be able to sync my save file so i can play on both my pc and phone. Is that possible?
Basically some sort of cloud sync between those two devices. I dont want to start over since ive played a few hours...
