I'm stuck trying to board the S.S. Aqua. I've just finished the elite four and was told to talk to Prof. Elm to receive the ticket. I talk to him, but his response is as if he's already given it to me which he hasn't. When I try to talk to the sailor at the harbor in Olivine City, he says "Trainer tried to show the S.S ticket, but no ticket is here." I have used some cheats to progress through the game a bit faster. Could the use of them be the cause of this? If so, are there any work arounds? Any help would be appreciated.
