Loading savestate and Changing game goes out of the game

Everytime I try to load a savestate, the games goes back to game menu and I need to load the game again

Does this happen for every game or just a specific one?
Also, just for information: this can happen when using the cracked version.

It has happened to me with mario kart a couple of times (i have indeed paid for it lol)

But not every time.
It can also happen with threaded 3D or a cheat enabled. If all that is not the reason, then of course there could also be an issue that we don't know about.

It happens on many games. I tried also selecting change game and it is also exiting out
