Load does not work after update

Post by drastic=cool » Fri Aug 23, 2013 12:20 pm

I used 2.1.0 and
after updating to 2.1.1, [load new game - select - yes] does not work.
Only continue works.

How did you update from 0 to 1? Sideloading or through google play!

Okaaaaay... well the most probable cause of the issue would be the bios if you sideloaded your update or uninstalled 2.1.0 then installed 2.1.1
Since 2.1.0 required original nds bios while 2.1.1 doesn't, saves would not carry over.

So there is no way to carry over saves?

Dude, I wish, I lost it all because it didn't backup the ingame saves to Drive.

If its any consolation to you, I had to repeat ffta2 again after the 2.1.1a update. So you're not alone on that boat.

If you get the BIOS error you can still load the old saves by installing the BIOS files (nds_bios_arm9.bin and nds_bios_arm7.bin) in /sdcard/DraStic/system
