Hotel Dusk/Last Window

When playing these games and set the frameskip value to at least 1, when inspecting objects the item kinda flickers and prevents you from progressing unless you tap A LOT or set the frameskip value to 0 (tapping and praying you can inspect the object can be rather frustrating, same goes for setting the value of frameskip back and forth) i'm wondering if this is something that can be fixed so that you can play the game with frameskip.

So long as those frames are being skipped it won't work, the game needs to render them because it reads the results.

It might be possible to do a partial frameskip option where it only skips screens that aren't set to be read back.

I actually had that same idea. That option would be good for certain sections of the game it certainly would make it less frustrating.
