I tried doing that, but it wouldn't let me continue my save. I tried converting the save file, but that didn't work either.

The reason I'm posting is because the above method doesn't work for Harvest Moon DS but it works for all my other games, so I wanted to see if there was a way to get it to work.

The issue may be DesMuMe seeing the game with a different memory size. Try starting a new game on DesMuMe and look at the size of the save file it creates
