Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini. It has Snapdragon 400 Chipset (With Krait CPU) and Adreno 305 GPU. 1.5GB RAM.
CPU is 1.7GHz Dual Core

Bear in mind, Snapdragon 400 can be the 2xKrait variety or the 4xCortex-A7 variety, the latter of which could perform worse.

Yep mine was definitely cortex a7. I guess that explains it. Still the point stands. We have to go easy on recommending the snapdragon 400 for drastic because the vast majority of those in the wild are going to be a7 based.

Ah I see mine is faster due to being the Krait variant. But the A7 cortex variant is more common? guessing its cheaper for manufacturers?
