The ones in Dragonspiral Tower? Read.

This isn't the fault of Drastic, its like this on Black Black 2 on real hardware. This is isn't really a place to ask for game advice and walkthroughs (Better to ask in the "Off the wall" section) but a simple search on youtube shows how to go through Dragonspiral tower and get up the ramp (Hint: you walk on one of the fallen pillars). Assuming the rom hack is based on Black 2, then you can only access it postgame.

You really should look up a walkthrough of the game on the internet or youtube instead.

I have looked at multiple walkthroughs, I've tried multiple roms, ive walked both across the pillars and used strength on the boulder, even tried the wall hack nothing works no solutions I can find, so I was hoping someone here would know.

Would you please send us a video of the problem? Try using Mobizen for that (I personally use it and it is great).
