Trying to run cheats with Perfect Soul Silver

I've been trying to use cheats with the perfect patch SS. I have the purchased Drastic, and im using the R4cce086 that was mentioned in another post. I downloaded the usrcheat that has all the games loaded in it as well. I have the US version of SS as well.

Nothing shows up on my cheat menu screen when I go to the cheat menu. I did enable the game when i was using R4cce, and i have the right game id, im sure of that.
