Can my Sero 7 Lite 1.6GHZ Dual-core run most games?

Can my Sero 7 Lite 1.6GHZ Dual-core run most games? Just trying the demo it seems to have difficulty with some games. However, based on reading the specs unless I mislooked at something it says my specs are good enough to handle most games but that doesn't seem to be the case? Am I over-looking something?

Sero 7 Lite 1.6GHZ Dual-Core
Android 4.1
1GB(Ram)+4GB(Rom)

Has anyone used this tablet before or have recommended tweaks to make it work better?

That has the same SoC as JXD 7800B which generally runs games okay. What games did you try to run that you had bad results with?

FWIW, it's not the same soc as the jxd 7800b. That has an RK3188 quad core a9 soc.

It should be. At the very least an MT6572 should play most games at a playable speed.

Okay, well it's a similar SoC to JXD S7300 which Lordus and I have and runs games alright.

I have run drastic with meager specs (G18a), and it worked ok for most games.
