I uninstalled the emulator and reinstalled it through the play store (had it sideloaded before) and all of my saves are gone.

I see one file in the backup directory that is a dsv for Zelda, is there anyway I can load a game from it?

I reinstalled today with the newest version, I was using the previous version before installing from Play.


Any help is appreciated.

edit: I read this may have something to do w/ newest version not needing a bios. Do i have to manually reinstall the bios i was using before? How do I go about doing that?

Yes you need to install bios which is used previous version.

The newest version does not require your own bios, and as for your old saves, I'm afraid they're gone now. Once you uninstall you lose your data.

This should be fixed soon though.

I saw the new update the other day that fixes it, great, no one will lose data next time.

I wasn't very far in Zelda anyway so it isn't a major loss.

Great emulator, loving it, been playing Front Mission last couple of days during my commute to work and lunch break.


Hope Infinite Space gets working soon!!! Really dying to play that game.

I lost all of my saves too, but oh well.
I was keeping backups in Dropbox.
Now I'm utilizing google drive integration, I would LOVE if Dropbox integration was implemented.
