Save backup restore is blocked on new phone

I have recently upgraded my phone to a samsung galaxy s22 ultra and have reinstalled drastic onto my device, however it appears that when i try to restore save data from google it gives me a pop-up that says the restore has been blocked by google. I tried looking online for a solution yet have not found one yet, so if anyone can give me insight into how to resolve this issue I would greatly appreciate it.
