Puzzle Quest Error

I'm trying to play Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords on Drastic DS and it is giving me that error:
"Error reading save game
Could not read the data. Turn off the power and reinsert the DS card."
I've tried different configurations and it didn't work. How can I solve this?
