I got a Flipnote Studio NDS rom hack and it has a problem where it says to have the NDS BIOS or to decrypt it myself. I was wondering if anyone knew how to decrypt the file or if anyone has the file. Thanks!

Flipnote Studio is a DSiWare game, Drastic DS does not support DSiWare games yet. Only original DS games are supported.
