Warning, I use a translator. My problem is that I can't pay Drastic, I only have a paypal account and I can't use it on play store because I don't have a credit card to assign on my account.
So my question would be is it possible to pay directly and drastically "manually" on the official website via the developers or I don't know how?

No, it is only available for purchase on the Google Play Store. I suggest you to check if you can purchase Play Store gift cards instead and use the gift card balance to pay for it.

Unfortunately no, only the Play Store. Its the only secure & safe method we can offer for paid apps.
